How does the Theft Protection System protects my car?

A traceable label bar code permanently mark your vehicle body parts. Professional thieves are reluctant to steal a car that has been engraved with traceable code numbers because the chop shops do not want to buy vehicles that can be traced. It is easier for a thief to go steal another vehicle that is not engraved or registered.

What is the advantage of registering my vehicle?

Vehicle registration increases the chances of recovery by over 85 percent.

How do I apply the labels?

The labels are self-adhesive and can be applied on the doors, hood or the body of the vehicle.

What if the label is removed?

If removed, the labels will leave indelible identification numbers on the vehicle's body parts that can only be seen with ultra-violet light.

What is the length of the warranty?

It is 3 years.

What if the warranty benefit?

It is $2,500.

Can I cancel, transfer or get a refund?

This Theft Protection System is not transferable, cancelable or refundable.

Is this system an insurance?

No, this is not an insurance.

When does the agreement commences?

The agreement commences on the date the purchase is confirmed.

How do I make a claim?

In the event of a claim the customer must provide all the following documentation the address provided in the contract before any limited warranty payment can be processed:
a) copy of the customer's insurance company settlement checks.
b) copy of the customer's insurance company's proof of loss, showing the date of loss, specific cause of loss and gross settlement figure.
c) copy of police report

What are the limitations on the program?

a) No coverage is provided for losses resulting from fraudulent or illegal acts of customer, whether acting or in collusion with others.
b) Claims must be filled withing 45 days of insurance settlement date or claim will be voided.
c) No coverage is provided for claims if the registered vehicle was left unlocked or if the keys were left in the vehicle. No coverage is provided for theft by family members of customer or any other persons who have access to the keys of the registered vehicle
d) No coverage is provided for theft, loss or damage which occurs outside the United States, its territories or Canada.
e) No coverage is provided if there is no collectible physical damage insurance.
f) No coverage is provided for covered vehicles that are not operational on the date of this agreement.
